Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming radiology by automating image interpretation, enhancing diagnostic precision, and streamlining clinical workflows. In Pakistan, the integration of AI in radiology is still in its early stages but holds significant potential to bridge diagnostic gaps, especially in resource-limited settings. This paper explores the current applications, benefits, and challenges of AI in radiology, highlighting its role in improving diagnostic accuracy, reducing radiologist workload, and enabling faster clinical decisions. The study also presents data-driven insights and discusses the future roadmap for AI integration in Pakistan’s radiology landscape.
