Smart implants and bioelectronics represent a transformative convergence of technology and human physiology, offering unprecedented opportunities for personalized healthcare. These advanced devices integrate sensors, actuators, and communication systems to monitor and modulate biological functions in real time. This paper explores the current landscape of smart implants, focusing on their applications in orthopedic, neural, and cardiac systems. We discuss the underlying technologies, including flexible electronics, wireless communication, and biocompatible materials, highlighting their potential to enhance patient outcomes through continuous monitoring and adaptive therapy. Challenges such as biocompatibility, power supply, and data security are also addressed, along with future directions for research and development.
